He was just a really nice guy, easy to talk to and not a stereotypical car salesman that are pushy. I didn’t spend all day there & really appreciated that. I was able to get an excellent deal on my trade in and they went out if their way to expedite getting my new Santa Cruz ready, as it had just come in that day & the check in process usually takes a day but they got it to me within 3 hrs! I was impressed overall with the entire deal, Sam & my new ride. And since this was the 3rd vehicle I purchased here, I was every bit as pleased if not more then before.

Final agreed upon price from internet sales manager was misleading. Arrived at the dealership and realized additional charges. Was advised that I would receive the second key fob in the mail. Three weeks later and still waiting on the key fob. Requested to keep the processing time at the dealership to a minimum since we were traveling from 600+ miles one way. The processing time went between 2-3hrs. Also, was not advised that I would need to get a VIN inspection. I called the dealership to inquire about the key fob and was told then that I needed to provide a VIN inspection. Asked what I needed to do and where to get it from. Received vague explanation. Decided to call the local Hyundai dealership for guidance.

Sam was extremely helpful and took the time to help me go through every single available option for me. I am still very confident with my choice!
