“ Hyundai Thompson Blvd beware.About a year ago I came here hoping to get a nice deal most important getting a reliable type of transportation to be able to commute from Baltimore to Annapolis area 5 days a week. The salesman offer a Hyundai 2016 for over $27000 including some type of expensive guarantees. I drive test this car on daylight, the car seemed fine after I bought it and I took home I realized the head light turn on and off itself and I thought this is something small no a big deal. Since I got the vehicle I noticed the head light turn on off itself very often special at night and that was just the beginning of a nightmare of a major car problem and they knew this car was having some issues before the car was out for sale. I still owed over $20000 on this trashed car and their solution is to leave my car for over a week just sitting there until they find the problem meantime they recommend to rent a car out of my packet. Here I’m again, I don’t feel safe to drive this car on the highway at all, the dashboard light came off last night coming from work . How I supposed to feel safe driving this car like that? I don’t have money to pay for a rental car. I’m already paying $480 for this car. Don’t trust this company. ”

“ I made an appointment a month in advance to get recalls done to my car. It was the soon as the appointment they have available. I dropped my car off at 10:30 in the morning and was told it would be ready in a few hours. I received a phone call that evening that the work wasn't going to be finished yet. I needed to work the next day. It was not ready by the next day and I found out that no work at all had been done to my car. And it just sat there for 24 hours. I need my car. I someone follow me up to drop it off and drive me home and then I had to have someone drive me up to pick it up. They were not apologetic. I am not happy about this. I do not recommend. ”
