“ Final agreed upon price from internet sales manager was misleading. Arrived at the dealership and realized additional charges. Was advised that I would receive the second key fob in the mail. Three weeks later and still waiting on the key fob. Requested to keep the processing time at the dealership to a minimum since we were traveling from 600+ miles one way. The processing time went between 2-3hrs. Also, was not advised that I would need to get a VIN inspection. I called the dealership to inquire about the key fob and was told then that I needed to provide a VIN inspection. Asked what I needed to do and where to get it from. Received vague explanation. Decided to call the local Hyundai dealership for guidance. ”
